Anagram Solver

Enter your letters below to find ENABLE entries that use all of them exactly once.

Use ? for a blank rack tile. Up to two blanks are supported.

Anagram mode uses every rack tile unless a board pattern is active.

What Is an Anagram?

An anagram is a word formed by rearranging all the letters of another word or phrase. For example, LISTEN is an anagram of SILENT, andEARTH is an anagram of HEART. Every letter in the original set is used exactly once — no more, no less.

Anagram Solver vs. Word Unscrambler

Our word unscrambler finds ENABLE entries that can be made from a subset of your letters — so shorter words like 3- and 4-letter words appear alongside longer ones. The Anagram Solver is stricter: it only shows words whose length exactly matches your input. If you type 6 letters, you only see 6-letter results.

Use the Anagram Solver when you need a true anagram for a puzzle, a word game challenge, or a creative project. Use the Word Unscrambler when you want to maximize your game options across all lengths.

How to Use the Anagram Solver

  1. Type your letters into the box above (no spaces needed).
  2. Results appear instantly — only words the same length as your input are shown.
  3. Use ? as a wildcard for any letter. A ? still counts toward the length.
  4. Open Advanced options to exclude letters, change ranking, or enter a fixed-position board pattern. Without a pattern, results use every rack tile.
  5. Click any word to compare reference tile totals, copy it, or copy a share link for the complete search.
